Fiscal Services Manager Full Time position available.

Accounting degree OR a combination of relevant education and experience totaling four years may substitute for degree.  Minimum three (3) years experience in accounting or financial management.  Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment with an understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including Medicare and Nevada Medicaid.  Functions include oversight of budget, accounts payable, payroll, Patient Trust Accounts, Petty Cash Fund, and supervision of department personnel.  Work involves preparing and overseeing the preparation of financial analysis and reports for CEO, CFO and Board of Trustees.  Prepares for multiple agency reports and audits for State of Nevada, auditors and regulatory agencies meeting required deadlines. Executive Assistant – Full Time position available.

We are currently seeking a reliable, responsible Executive Assistant to support Hospital Administration and provide timely, high-quality assistance in all administrative and clerical capacities to the CEO, Board of Trustees and Departments of the hospital.  The ideal candidate will be impeccably skilled and organized including ability to schedule meetings, making travel arrangements, and organizing short and long-term calendars. To be successful, candidates should be self-motivated and proactive, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and have exceptional communication skills. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is strongly preferred, but all applicants must be very familiar with office management technologies, including the Microsoft Office Suite. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who is able to anticipate and address the needs of leadership and perform all administrative tasks necessary to ensure our hospital’s workflow runs at maximum efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • High school degree minimum; additional degrees or certifications a plus.
  • Successful work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of office procedures and protocols.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including experience with office management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with calendaring software.
  • Comfortable using all necessary office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Commitment to discretion and confidentiality concerning sensitive company information.
  • Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
